Licenses purchased through SHILP.ai, including those managed via our Licensing Management System (LMS), are non-transferable and intended solely for use by the purchasing organization. All subscriptions are subject to the selected plan’s terms and require timely payment of applicable fees.
Refunds, if available, will be processed strictly in accordance with our published refund policy and any applicable consumer protection laws.
We may offer a Free Trial of our services for a limited period at our sole discretion. Free Trials are governed by these Terms and any additional trial-specific terms presented at sign-up. The Free Trial period will last for [14 days], unless otherwise specified at registration. No payment method or financial commitment is required to access the Free Trial; however, account registration is mandatory.
Upon expiration of the Free Trial, access to the platform will automatically terminate unless the user elects to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. Free Trials are provided “as‑is,” without warranties, service-level guarantees, or support obligations. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate Free Trial offers at any time without prior notice.
The SHILP.ai RecruitPro Free Trial is exclusively available to companies legally registered and operating within the United States. By signing up for the Free Trial, you represent and warrant that you are:
SHILP.ai reserves the right to verify your business registration and suspend or terminate trial access at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, applicable U.S. federal laws, and, where relevant, international regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws for international users.
Users must create an account to access paid subscriptions or licensing functions within the LMS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials, ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and promptly reporting any unauthorized use or security breach.
All fees are due as per the selected plan and must be paid through approved payment processors (e.g., Stripe) integrated into our platform. By completing a transaction, you authorize us and our payment processors to process your payment in accordance with their policies and applicable laws. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per our published refund policy.
All content, software, databases, AI models, and intellectual property available on or generated by SHILP.ai remain the exclusive property of Global Data Solutions Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our software or outputs is strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with these Terms, violations of applicable laws, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform.
SHILP.ai and its LMS are provided "as-is." We disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including licensing or payment processing functions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Virginia, USA.
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, LMS functionality, or applicable laws. Continued use of our platform indicates acceptance of such changes.
Eligibility & Term: SHILP.ai may, at its discretion, offer introductory pricing plans (“Introductory Pricing”) for its RecruitPro with AI platform. These Introductory Pricing plans are available only to the first 100 customers or for 90 days from the public launch of RecruitPro with AI, whichever occurs first
Monthly & Quarterly Plans: At the end of the applicable Introductory Pricing term, monthly and quarterly subscriptions will automatically renew at SHILP.ai’s then‑prevailing standard pricing, unless the customer cancels the subscription before the renewal date in accordance with Section [Auto‑Renewal and Cancellation] of these Terms.
Half‑Yearly & Yearly Plans: For customers on half‑yearly or yearly subscriptions, SHILP.ai commits to honoring the Introductory Pricing through the end of the purchased subscription term. Upon renewal, the subscription will renew at the then‑prevailing standard pricing.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, for which the customer is responsible.
SHILP.ai reserves the right to modify features, functionality, or availability of Introductory Pricing plans at any time, consistent with these Terms.
This section shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
